Returns & refunds

You can cancel your order and return unused items within 14 days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to return

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the item you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Send the item back unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.

Faulty items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us and we will sort it out quickly.
